  • How do I place an order on
    Choose the products you prefer, taking care to select the size, dimensions and/or color you want (should you be asked) and click "Add to Cart." Once you have added all the items you want to your cart, click on the cart icon in the upper right hand corner and then "Proceed to Purchase" to continue. If you already have an Omnia Sacra account, simply click on "Sign In" and enter your email address and password. (Forgot your password? Click here and we will send you an email with instructions for setting a new password) If you are a new customer, on the other hand, click on "Create an Account" and register by following a few simple steps. Alternatively, you can also use your Amazon, Google or Facebook account by clicking on the appropriate buttons. At this point you are ready to buy what you want in just 3 steps: Shipping: you can add and select the address to which you want to receive your order; Payment: choose the payment method you prefer, from those proposed. In this section you can also enter discount codes or credits, if you have them. Confirmation: is the summary of your purchase, double check all the information present and click on "Buy Now" to confirm your purchase or proceed to payment. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive your order confirmation by email, to the address you provided during registration.
  • How can I tell if an item is available?
    There are several availability indications for items on our site: Immediate availability: the item is located within our warehouse, which allows us to send it out quickly, specified within the product sheet. Incoming or On Order: the item is not in stock and we have to wait for supply from the manufacturer. Estimated delivery times are given within the product sheet. Out of stock: discontinued item. N.B. for items with variants it is necessary to select the desired variant to understand its actual availability.
  • How do I see the shipping cost of the item I want to purchase?
    Once you have added the desired item to your shopping cart you will be able to view the relevant shipping charges in the first step of the purchase process, dedicated to Shipping and Delivery. In Italy, shipping is free for all orders over 99.00 Euro.
  • How can I save the products I added to my shopping cart?
    It is possible to save products within the cart only after registering and logging in. When you have chosen the product you wish to purchase, simply click on "Add to Cart." Items will remain within the cart until you decide to delete them.
  • How can I update the quantity of items directly from the shopping cart?
    To update the quantity of the items in your cart, simply select the number you want from the drop-down menu located to the right of the product and then click "Update."
  • Can I change or cancel an order before it leaves?
    You cannot change orders that have already been issued; you can only cancel and redo them (if they are not already being shipped). You can request an order cancellation by sending an email to and indicating the order number you wish to cancel. In case cancellation is not possible remember that you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 60 days of purchase.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
    On your account pages you can find your order history with all the details. Each order can have different processing statuses, here are the main ones: Processing: the order is being prepared, if all items are available it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Waiting for payment: if you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, we must wait for your bank to be credited before we can put your order into processing. Waiting for goods to be completed: there are items in your order that we do not have in stock so that we can ship immediately, but we must wait for the manufacturers to arrive. The waiting time is specified in the individual product sheet, and the information is also sent by email. The waiting time does not include shipping time, and partial shipments of orders containing missing items cannot be made. Fulfilled: the order has been shipped. Within the day of shipment, you will receive an email with all the details of the shipment and instructions for tracking it through the courier's website.

Methods of Payment

  • What payment methods are accepted?
    It is possible to pay by: Credit card Paypal AmazonPay (using your Amazon account) Bank transfer Cash on delivery (pay on delivery)
  • How does payment on delivery work?
    You can pay cash on delivery up to a maximum of 1,000 euros, with a surcharge of 4 euros, only if the delivery address is on Italian territory. For all other countries, an alternative payment method must be selected. N.B. Remember that it is not possible to pay your order by ATM so keep the exact amount of your order on hand
  • How does credit card payment work?
    Once the required fields are filled in during the purchase process (card holder and number, expiration date, security code), your card information will be processed through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security system. This means that at no time during or after your purchase can your credit card information be traced. When you make a credit card payment, you may be redirected to your bank's site to verify and confirm the payment. N.B. We may require an authorization at the time of purchase to verify that your credit card information is correct. Authorization is not a charge: the purchase amount will be charged to your card only after your order has been confirmed for shipment. In case you decide to cancel the order, the payment authorization on your credit card will also be cancelled automatically as a result. The amount that the bank has reserved for authorization may be unavailable up to a maximum of 35 days after cancellation. This time frame is determined by your bank and is independent of Omnia Sacra.
  • Is it safe to buy with a credit card?
    Omnia Sacra uses an encrypted server with the latest technology, which ensures the reliability of the credit card purchase process. The software encrypts all the personal data necessary to execute your order (name, address, data of the chosen payment method) at the very moment they are sent. While transferring data via the Internet, it is impossible to retrieve them. The only information in transit on our site at the time of ordering is a numeric string that screens your credit card information: there is no algorithm that can trace it back to your real credit card number. As an additional security measure, Omnia Sacra has integrated a control system linked to the shipping address of the order: if you are paying via one of your stored credit cards but choose to receive the ordered goods at a different address than previously used, you will have to re-enter your credit card information. That way even if someone came into possession of the username and password you use to access your Omnia Sacra account, they could not use your credit card to mail to an address different from yours.
  • How does payment by bank transfer work?
    If you choose Bank Transfer as your payment method, you will receive, upon completion of your order, an email containing both order summary information and information essential to make the transfer. From the time of order you have three working days to make the transfer, after which the order will be cancelled. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. To the estimated delivery time, it will then be necessary to add the time by which we receive the transfer credit at our banking institution.
  • To whom should I make the Bank Transfer and what should I enter as the reason for it?

  • When and how do I receive my tax document?
    The tax document will be emailed to you a few days after the goods are received.
  • What is the currency used to express the amount on the tax document?
    Within the tax document, the amount is always expressed in Euros.

Shipping and Tracking

  • What is the delivery time?
    Delivery times vary depending on the region/country in which you wish to receive your order and depending on the availability of the product you choose. For items with immediate availability, delivery time may vary from 1 to 2 business days. You will still be able to find, within the tab dedicated to the individual product, an estimate of delivery time.
  • How can I track the status of my shipment?
    When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing your order number and the link that will allow you to track your shipment. If you did not receive the email, you can still track the status of your shipment by going into your account's order list.
  • Can I send to an address other than my own?
    Simply enter the name and shipping address of the recipient, to whom you would like to send the package, at the order confirmation stage in the section: Shipping. N.B. If you ship to a country other than the one in which you are purchasing, shipping charges may vary.
  • I was not at home when the courier tried to deliver the goods, what should I do?
    If the courier does not find anyone at the address given for delivery of the package, a second attempt will automatically be made as soon as possible. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the courier will leave a NOTICE OF FAILURE. It will be possible to ask for free return of the shipment within 3 days after delivery of the notice. After the 3 days have passed, the shipment will go into storage, in which case you will need to contact our Customer Service Department who can release the shipment using the order number.   • I entered my shipping address wrong, can I change it?
    If you have already placed your order and realized that you have mistakenly entered the wrong address, you can request a change by sending an email to, indicating the order number you wish to change and the correct delivery address.
  • Are customs costs included in shipping costs?
    No, costs related to customs duties, for shipments outside the EU territory, are EXCLUDED from the shipping costs

Returns and Refunds

  • What should I do if I receive damaged, nonconforming, or disliked goods?
    You can make your return free of charge within 60 days of receiving your order, the procedure is quick and easy: 1. Contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email to stating: - Order number, item(s) you want to return and reason for return; - Address where we can send the courier to pick up and if there is a day you prefer for pickup; - Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement (and if so, with what product) for the return. 2. Carefully pack the items you want to return and place the return label inside the package. 3. Deliver the package to be returned to the courier in the manner agreed upon with Customer Service (time and place of pickup).
  • Is the return free?
    Returns are always free if made on time, throughout Italy.
  • Can I choose to replace the item instead of receiving a refund?
    If you do not like the item or the variant you ordered is not right, you can contact our Customer Service Department. Once we have received the return package and checked the integrity of the goods we will send the new items to replace the previous ones, with all expenses paid by us.
  • How long do I have to return or replace the goods?
    Goods may be returned or exchanged no later than 60 days after receipt of the goods.
  • How soon do I receive my refund?
    You will receive the full amount paid within 5 working days after receiving the goods, after integrity check.
  • How do I receive a refund if I paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery?
    For both wire transfer and cash on delivery payments, refund will be made by wire transfer as soon as we process your return. To receive a refund please notify our Customer Service Department by email: Account holder IBAN code
  • Am I entitled to a refund if I reject a package outside the European Union?
    If the package is rejected outside the EU, the return costs will be deducted from the refund. If the return costs are more than the value of the order, no refund will be made.
