Miraculous Madonna medal pendant made of 18kt white gold, enriched with an engraved phrase.

The Miraculous Medal is the name that Catholic tradition has given to the medal created following what happened in 1830 in Paris, at 140 rue du Bac, to Saint Catherine Labouré, a novice in the convent of the Daughters of Charity of Saint Vincent de Paul, who is said to have had Marian apparitions.
